Raul Mariscal, age 82, passed away peacefully at his home, July 17, 2020. He was born October 12, 1937 in East Chicago, IN and resided in Sauk Village, IL for the last 48 years. He served in the U.S. Army and worked for the United States Post Office. He is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Rosemary Mariscal, and a loving father to six children: Stella (Abel) Garza, Sylvia (Robert) Andrise, Laura (Brian) Glenn, Paula Mariscal (deceased), Valerie Mariscal, Anthony (Leticia) Mariscal; 15 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. The family will meet friends from 9-11 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2020 with a service immediately following at 11 a.m. at Memory Lane Funeral Home with Pastor Lydia officiating. Interment will be at Memory Lane Memorial Park.
