Ever since we opened our gates we have approached life (and death) differently. While some just see the end of a loved one’s life as a time for grief and mourning, we prefer to think of it as a time for reflection, appreciation and even celebration. This is evident in everything we do, from the way we conduct our services to the amenities we choose to offer. We are not a burial ground. We are a close knit community dedicated to honoring, sharing and preserving the amazing and inspirational stories that are life.

Mr. Jay Towne
Director of OperationsRead Bio
Jay Towne is the current Director of Operations and has been a member of the team since March of 2010.
He has over 21 years of experience as an assistant pastor in Pasco, Washington and Gaylord, Michigan. He has been married to his wife Becky for 32 years and they have two children and currently reside in Schererville, Indiana.
Jay is a natural when dealing with people; it is one of his strengths. As the Director of Operations, Jay will help those families who have lost a loved one and treat each family with respect and dignity. He is here to serve you in your time of need. Jay is a veteran of the United States Navy and also serves as our Veteran’s Specialist for Memory Lane.

Becky has managed various business offices and has taught secretarial skills at the college level. Her experience and expertise are much appreciated as well as her help to her husband. She has been at Memory Lane for 6 years.
Mr. David Crutchfield
Family Services DirectorRead Bio
David has been in the ministry and also has served as a school administrator and teacher for 20 years. He has conducted workshops in caring for people and meeting their needs. He is in his third year at Memory Lane.
Receptionist/Cemetery SecretaryRead Bio
Rossie has been a long time school teacher, paralegal and office secretary. Her comforting spirit has been a help to many a family as she guides them on their initial contact with Memory Lane.
Grounds ManagerRead Bio
John Pins joined the Memory Lane Staff in January, 2017, as our Grounds Manager. This is not the first time for John to be part of Memory Lane, as he worked in our Grounds department while he was in high school. We are happy to have him join us again. John has many years experience in the Landscaping business and has a passion to keep Memory Lane looking first class. John and his wife, Jenn, have been married for 11 years and have 2 children.
